CleanCore Solutions, Inc. – Product Limited Warranty
IT IS THE CONSUMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER THIS PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE CONSUMER BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, AND SHIPPING.
What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (CCS) product. This specifically covers the CCS Caddy, POWERCaddy, MINIcaddy, CCS Spotter, CCS 1.0 Fill Station, CCS 3.0 Fill Station, CCS 1000, CCS2000, CCS5000, CCS10000, O3 CleanPak, and the ProZone.
How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts for two years from the date that you purchased your CCS product.
What Will CleanCore Do? CleanCore or CleanCore Authorized Distributor will replace or repair your defective CCS product at no charge at the option of CleanCore. The consumer is responsible for paying for shipping to CleanCore manufacturing facility or to a CleanCore Authorized Distributor. CleanCore or an Authorized Distributor will replace OR repair your defective CCS product and ship the item back to the customer at the expense of CleanCore. However, if the returned product(s) are found to be in working order OR found to not be covered (see next section), the consumer is responsible for CleanCore’s labor expense and shipping cost of the product back to the consumer.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any CCS product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of abuse, misuse, or Act of God (such as a flood), normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, service or unit modifications not authorized by CleanCore, removal of serial numbers, damage caused by chemicals, abrasive materials, corrosion, or other environmental hazards. This warranty is non-transferable or assignable. Also, consequential damages and incidental damages or punitive damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Service? Claims under this warranty must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of a failure or breach of warranty. If something goes wrong with your CCS product please contact the CleanCore Authorized Distributor from whom you purchased the product. How Does State Law Apply? This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Policy
A returned material authorization number must first be obtained prior to shipping the product back for evaluation. The problem experienced with the product and/or part must be clearly described. The RMA should appear prominently on the exterior of the shipped packages. The product and/or part must be packaged either in its original packing material or in comparable and suitable packing material, if the original is not available. The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges to CleanCore and for any damages to the CleanCore product and/or part that may occur during this shipping. It is recommended that the shipment be insured for the amount you originally paid for the product.
If, after the product is returned prepaid and evaluated, it proves to be defective while under warranty, CleanCore will, at its election, either repair or replace the defective product and/or part and will return ship at lowest cost transportation prepaid to you except for shipments going outside the 48 continental states of the United States of America. If upon inspection, it is determined that there is no defect or that the damage to the product and/or part resulted from causes not within the scope of this limited warranty, then you must pay the cost of repair or replacement of damaged product and/or part and all return freight costs. Any unauthorized attempt by the end user to repair CleanCore manufactured products without prior permission shall void any and all warranties.
DO NOT OPEN OR ATTEMPT TO REPAIR YOUR CLEANCORE PRODUCT. SOME CLEANCORE SYSTEMS HAVE A TAMPER PROOF SEAL APPLIED TO THE COVER. IF THE SEAL IS BROKEN ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID.
