Clayton AdamsChief Executive Officer

Clayton Adams is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in hypergrowth technology and reoccurring revenue business models. He has a successful track record of helping companies maximize valuations and streamline operations. Mr. Adams previously served as President and as a member of the board of directors of CleanCore since September 2022. Since January 2020, Mr. Adams has served as Principal at Bird Dog Capital LLC, where he leads various investments. Mr. Adams gained experience developing the growth of small companies as Chief Executive Officer of Carson Enterprises, Inc. from March 2009 to February 2019. At Carson Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Adams expanded the company and successfully sold the company in February 2019.

David EnholmChief Financial Officer

Mr. Enholm has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2023. David Enholm is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow operations, revenue development, acquisitions and dispositions, and company restructuring. Mr. Enholm most recently worked with Monroe Capital, a private equity firm located in Chicago, Illinois, as Chief Financial Officer for two companies owned by Monroe. From March 2020 to September 2022, Mr. Enholm served as the Chief Financial Officer at Nelbud Services, a service company specializing in fire protection located in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Enholm led two acquisitions and worked with a senior executive team to develop new revenue sources for the company. From October 2018 to August 2021, Mr. Enholm was the Chief Financial Officer at Complete Nutrition, a private company in Omaha, Nebraska, that specialized in the sale of health supplements. As Chief Financial Officer at Complete Nutrition, Mr. Enholm developed a restructuring plan to transition the company from a traditional physical store to an e-commerce retailer. Both Nelbud Services and Complete Nutrition were wholly owned by Monroe Capital. Prior to 2018, Mr. Enholm had also served as Chief Financial Officer at FRCG LLC, Corporate Controller at CoSentry LLC, and Vice President Corporate Controller at Pamida Operating Stores LLC. Mr. Enholm graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.

Gary HollstChief Revenue Officer

Mr. Hollst has served as our Executive Vice President since April 2019. Mr. Hollst has an extensive background in the janitorial, sanitation and refrigeration industry. Since 2015, Mr. Hollst has also served as the President of O-Z tech, an ice machine and laundry cleaning company based out of Omaha, Nebraska, that also specializes in the usage of aqueous ozone water. Mr. Hollst also serves on the Yutan Board of Education in Yutan, NE.

Jason GregorySVP of Operations

Mr. Gregory has served as our Chief Operations Officer since August 2023. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in operations. Most recently Mr. Gregory worked at think Whole Person Healthcare in Omaha as the Director of Diagnostics and Operations, and prior to that he spent 20 years with Walmart in various roles across the country. Mr. Gregory also served on the board of directors for Praying Pelican Missions from 2019-2021. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from American Public University in 2015, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018.
